Transforming spaces for well-being from theory to practice
Meet the “Aventura Project”
The connection between your well-being and the environment you live in is as important as how you feel when you enter a place that brings you comfort and safety. Your home should be a reflection of who you are, providing a space that promotes health, harmony, and happiness.
I truly believe it’s possible to expand our relationship with our homes beyond just a place of dwelling and a set of ceiling and walls…
Whether through decorative elements, interior design, or more complex architectural projects, when they reflect our personal story and our values, the connection occurs authentically and transforms our living space into our true home.
After many years of study, dedication, and experience as an architect and interior designer, I have further developed my innate sensitivity and was able to bring the philosophy of Decor Wellness to the world, to redefine the concept of dwelling and make it accessible for people to live in spaces that are like a living organism and act as a refuge of well-being, health, harmony, and happiness.
More than ever, I realize that people want to discover ways to be more serene with life’s events, and the truth is that with the amount of information they receive on the streets and in their daily lives, achieving this goal is becoming increasingly challenging.
The perfect harmony between the being and the space
That’s why when a client comes to me and understands that it is possible to live in a house that adapts to their pace of life and, more than that, to the rhythm they so much seek, the only way out becomes to choose to live in A WELLNESS HOME.
Every choice, from the arrangement of the furniture, the selection of colors that comfort the senses, the fabrics that caress the skin after a long day of work, and the incorporation of vintage pieces that tell stories and reflect our personal values, all have the power to contribute to this sense of tranquility and peace, affecting our physical and emotional well-being.
Having organized spaces, for example, is not just an aesthetic matter but a crucial component for balance and mental peace because it offers us a safe and predictable place amidst the chaos of the outside world.
Our home has a direct influence on nourishing our body, mind, and spirit, and consequently, on our health, mood, and energy!
In fact, I like to emphasize the importance of adapting my clients’ spaces to reflect their personal growth and accompany their different phases and rhythms of life. After all, this is fundamental to the concept of Decor Wellness: the house is a living organism, capable of evolving together with its inhabitants.
And there’s a beautiful project that brilliantly exemplifies this concept, showing how an apartment filled with memories and characteristics of a past era can be transformed to meet contemporary needs and the essence of the family.
The Adventure Project:
This apartment was inherited from mother to son and had its space reinvented to embrace a new cycle of life, maintaining its roots and stories and adapting to contemporary needs and the lifestyle of my client.
The dynamics of change: the house as a living organism that evolves with its inhabitants
This project is a testimony to the magic that occurs when our homes truly reflect who we are and aspire to be.
From the beginning, my goal with the Adventure Project was clear: to demonstrate that transforming a space into a home does not require major demolitions or radical reforms, especially when it comes to an apartment which has limitations in the project, as it cannot undergo changes in its structure.
The kitchen, the heart of the home, gained a wooden panel that brings coziness and allows integration with the living room, enabling greater interaction with the whole family. At the same time, it offers the flexibility of a more private space as needed, accommodating different activities, perfectly aligning with the concept of flexible spaces in Decor Wellness.
Small changes, big transformations
The reconfiguration of spaces fosters interaction, ensures privacy, and supports the evolution of the residents’ lifestyle, encouraging new habits and promoting the overall well-being of the entire family.
The Adventure Project was a process of reimagining the use of spaces, refining and carefully choosing each element so together they created a symphony of comfort and balance.
Details that make difference:
At the request of the client, the bedrooms have a visual harmony: they have equal concepts, with choices of fabrics with different textures in the bedspreads and pillows, which invite us to touch and add a different personality to each one.
This project is a testimony to how small structural and aesthetic adjustments can revitalize a space, turning it into a true WELLNESS HOME.

An invitation to your transformation
In our homes, as in our lives, small changes can have a profound impact and just as we take care of our health, our living space deserves equal attention and care.
What I mean is that our house is a temple and should be our refuge where we recharge and nourish our physical body, our emotional, mental, and spiritual being.
My work, in this project and in all that I undertake, is more than architecture and design: it is creating an environment where each object, each color, and each texture contribute to your well-being and your happiness.
I am here to facilitate your life journey and help you, creating spaces that truly reflect who you are and who you wish to become.
Allow yourself to go beyond just living in your house and start living well in your home! Get in touch and discover how I can work for you to achieve your best version!
